Within our company we provide support and share our knowledge with professional support in the areas of finance, accounting, auditing, tax advisory, business consultancy and payroll services, to develop the necessary step stones leading to the fulfilment of our mission and vision.

Our advisors have more than 15 years professional experience gained through collaborations with international and local corporations having different business activities, such as: Big Four accounting and auditing firms, IT, retail, oil & gas, real estate or other various industries.

Anca David - Accounting and Tax Advisor Partner

Anca is Accounting and Tax Advisor Partner. She is founder and managing partner of several companies, involved in business and financial consulting services, tax consulting, corporate financial analysis, transfer pricing engagements, mergers & acquisitions and services in voluntary liquidation.
Member of The Body of Charted and Certified Accountants of Romania (CECCAR), The Tax Advisors Chamber of Romania (CCF), Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR), Anca performed financial management and consultancy services for important companies, market leaders in real estate and other industries but also consultant of the board for companies representing the shareholders interests.
She is involved in monthly, quarterly IFRS and statutory reporting, group consolidation, transfer pricing, VAT reimbursement, tax structuring, cost optimization, group procedures compliance, fair value and tax purposes valuation, restructuring plans, restructuring tax liabilities, assisting and strategizing tax litigations. She was involved in the profession development as Member of the Board of The Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania Brasov branch, representing the body and Romanian Accounting Profession to the International Congresses and Conferences.

Adriana Lobda – Accounting & Audit Partner

Adriana is Accounting & Audit Partner. Adriana has more than 19 years of experience in auditing and audit advisory services working mainly with Big 4 professional service firms. She was in charge of coordination of audit missions to a wide range of clients, from medium size companies to large size companies, operating in different industries, such as: consumer products and services, manufacturing, construction, real estate, public administration, pharma, etc. The majority part of her phe portfolio of clients is dual reporting, i.e. Romanian GAAP and IFRS. She was involved in IPO related engagements in Romania. She has experience in the procedures of risk prevention and in the procedures of financial audit quality control in accordance with IFAC requirements.
Member of Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors(CAFR),Certified Accountants Body(CECCAR) member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA), member of Romanian Association of Evaluators(ANEVAR), certified as project manager and as EU funds expert, train the Trainers, Adriana has participated in numerous audits, reviews and other advisory engagements for local and international clients and has performed audits in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and Romanian statutory requirements
Regulatory partner and liaison partner with Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors, Adriana was involved also in trainings project for the Romanian Court of Accounts. During this time, has coordinated assistance and training offered to Romanian Court of Accounts Auditors. She was actively involved in supporting courses in auditing standards developed by the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions ( INTOSAI) and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC ).

Victor Grigore– Audit, Accounting & Consulting Partner

Victor has more than 22 years of experience in finance management, consulting, audit advisory services. He worked with Big 4 professional service firm and he was in charge of coordination of audit missions to a wide range of clients, from medium size companies to large size companies, operating in different industries, such as: consumer products and services, manufacturing, construction, real estate, public administration, pharma, etc.
He built and lead 4 years the Romania Advisory Departament in a Big4 firm. Victor has participated in numerous audits, reviews and other advisory engagements for local and international clients and has performed audits in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and Romanian statutory requirements
Member of Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors(CAFR),Certified Accountants Body(CECCAR) member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA), member of Romanian Association of Evaluators(ANEVAR), certified as project manager and as EU funds expert, Victor is the founder and managing partner of two professional companies: Financial Management Services (since 2004) and VGS Financial Management Accounting (since 2010). The last 15 years meant significant experience in business and financial consulting services, tax consulting, transfer pricing engagements, merger & acquisitions and due diligences.

Alina Prahoveanu – Accounting & Audit Partner

Alina Prahoveanu is founder and managing partner of OFIN Consulting and, during her work experience she was involved in business and financial consulting services, tax consulting, transfer pricing engagements, merger & acquisitions for companies mainly in energy and resources sector. Fiscal Consultant, member of Chamber of Fiscal Consultants, member of Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors(CAFR), member of Certified Accountants Body (CECCAR), Alina was member of the team who implemented the IAS for the first time in Romania, under the coordination of Public Finance Ministry (co-author to Practical Guidelines to IAS implementation, published in 2001).
During her work experience as a CFO/Group CFO for the biggest worldwide steel producer and for the biggest group in recycling industry in SE Europe, she develops financial transactional and information systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company’s finances and support the decision-making process of the Board of the company.
She is passionate of business in general and strategy in special. Her research: “Management Accounting and Strategic Positioning of Company” was awarded by Iasi University with PhD Degree.
